Delivering Arboricultural and Horticultural services across the south since 2016, New Shoots are a skilled, experienced and passionate team. We have been providing tree care and garden maintenance services safely, effectively, and affordably, for domestic and commercial clients. We care about our green spaces and we work hard to ensure that the hopes and expectations of all our customers are met.
Andrew
Director and site leader.
Andrew has over 15 years industry experience, working and teaching at Sparsholt college for 10 years. He has also been an NPTC assessor and trainer for City and Guilds.
Andrew is passionate about delivering excellence, both in practical work and customer service. Valuing collaboration, communication and excellence have allowed Andrew to build a thriving business in New Shoots. Andrew is also passionate about people and committed to seeing others thrive in, and outside of, the workplace. He has a vision to see customers and colleagues empowered to make a new start in a new season with New Shoots.
